Bmax Terms and Conditions – Rules, Eligibility & Platform Use Policy

Welcome to Bmax, operated at bmax.bet. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Bmax as the platform operator. They apply to every aspect of your use of the Bmax platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, game participation, bonus claims and all interactions with our support team.

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance box at sign-up, or simply by continuing to use the Bmax platform after these terms have been updated and published, you confirm that you have read and accepted all provisions contained in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Bmax Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between you and the platform. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

To create an account at Bmax, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Bmax operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request identity documents confirming your age at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds returned.

• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered account at Bmax. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are not permitted and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Not a current employee: Employees, contractors and close family members of Bmax staff are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotional offers.

Bmax reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence. Providing fraudulent documents is a criminal matter and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Your Bmax account is personal to you and must not be shared with any other individual, regardless of your relationship to them. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any bets placed, withdrawals requested and communications sent to our support team.

Bmax will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions. If you contact us promptly and we confirm a breach occurred, we will take appropriate action including temporary account suspension while the situation is investigated.

It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details up to date. If your mobile number, email address or payment account details change, update them in your account settings or notify our support team. Bmax cannot be held responsible for failed withdrawal attempts or missed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

All financial transactions at Bmax are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. No currency conversion is required at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

All deposits made to your Bmax account must come from payment accounts that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party, is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure. Bmax does not accept cryptocurrency or cash payments at this time.

Bmax offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion description.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement at Bmax is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been wagered through within the stated timeframe will be automatically removed from your account. The standard expiry window is 7 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• One per player: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household and per payment account. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to RNG slots. The contribution table for each active promotion is published on the Promotions page.
• Bonus abuse: Bmax actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated group play and any other approach designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with them in good faith. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided without notice.

Bmax reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, including in cases where the promotion was launched with an error in its terms. Players will be notified of any material changes to active promotions via the platform or registered contact details.

All games available on the Bmax platform operate under clearly defined rules published in the individual game interfaces and help sections. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. It is your responsibility to review game rules before playing.

RNG (Random Number Generator) games at Bmax use independently certified random number generation systems. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including Bmax itself. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bmax platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance, including genuine deposits, at the discretion of Bmax:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using third-party software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform or games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any multiplayer game format
• Chip dumping — deliberately transferring chips or tournament equity to another player at the expense of your own account
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing without meaningful play
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your name
• Attempting to reverse a withdrawal after it has been processed
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Bmax staff or other players via any communication channel
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate unfair outcomes — these must be reported to support immediately

• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior engagement with Bmax support
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested

Where an account is closed as a result of a player breach, Bmax reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Genuine deposited funds not used for wagering will generally be returned subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
